Zero 7 were formed in 1997 by two former studio engineers, that made their name with their own brand of soul and jazz influenced electronica.
‘Simple Things’ is their debut album released in 2001. It includes the African influenced “Likufanele” and the highly acclaimed “I Have Seen”, it also features vocals by Sia Furler on tracks "Destiny" and "Distractions". The album retained its place in the top 75 of the UK albums charts for 43 weeks when first released.
