Nebraska is the new film by acclaimed director Alexander Payne (The Descendants,
Sideways, Election) starring Bruce Dern and Will Fort.
After receiving a sweepstakes letter in the mail, a cantankerous father (Bruce Dern) thinks
he’s struck it rich, and wrangles his son (Will Forte) into taking a road trip to claim the fortune.
Shot in black and white across four states, Nebraska tells the stories of family life in the heartland
of America.

This classic American road trip features an amazing soundtrack that breathes Americana.
With a classic guitar driven score composed by Mark Orton that features elements of jazz,
alternative country and bluegrass, the music in Nebraska is a character in itself bringing colors
and life to the corky characters the two heroes meet along the way. Mark Orton’s score is also
accompanied by wonderful instrumental tracks by Tin Hat Trio.
